A convertible car seat especially for children wearing a hip or arm cast made by Merritt Manufacturing of New Whiteland, Indiana.
Description
This car seat has higher child weight and height limits than conventional models. The wide seat, low sides, and included hammock for positioning provide proper fit for a child in an arm or spica cast. Includes a base for installing rear-facing for children up to 40 pounds and may be used forward facing starting at 25 pounds (though must follow state laws and Merritt Manufacturing strongly recommends rear-facing use if within the maximum height and weight limit).
